Frequently asked questions.
The 7 questions we hear most before a first consultation.
Is Bangga support free?
The first consultation is free. Company formation, work visas, MM2H and similar services are paid; Bangga's fees are listed in JPY, excluding Japanese consumption tax, on our pricing page (MM2H and some others are quoted per case). New study-abroad consultations are currently paused; we will announce the terms when we reopen. For real estate, the partner agency we introduce quotes its own fee. Ask us through the contact form or by email.
Can I do everything in English?
Mostly, yes. Consultations, email and your client portal can all be in English (this website is in Japanese and English; the AI assistant and client portal support all four languages, and consultations are also available in Chinese and Malay). Malaysian forms and documents are usually in English or Malay, and we explain each step in English. Two things are in Japanese only: most guides on this website (our English pages cover company formation, the Employment Pass and pricing), and the full text of our terms of service and privacy policy, where the Japanese version prevails. An English summary of our privacy policy is available.
Can the first consultation be online?
Yes — most people talk with us on Google Meet. If you'd prefer a phone call, enter your number in the form and write 'phone call' in your message, and we'll call you. In-person meetings are also possible. You'll talk directly with our Malaysia-based team from wherever you are.
Which areas do you cover?
Mainly KL (Mont Kiara / Bangsar / KLCC), plus Selangor, Penang, Johor Bahru and Labuan. For other areas, please ask us first.
How long does it take?
It depends. Sdn Bhd incorporation 2–6 weeks, Labuan IBC 2–8 weeks, bank account 1–3 months, Employment Pass 3–6 months, MM2H 5–9 months, EMGS 4–8 weeks. Timelines start once documents are complete and payment received; document preparation is not included. Your coordinator keeps you updated on progress.
Can you handle my whole family?
Yes — family procedures such as a spouse's Dependant Pass can be handled in one place (new study-abroad consultations for children, including Student Pass / EMGS, are currently paused).
I'm already with another agent. Can I still talk?
Of course — second opinions, hand-overs, and document reviews welcome.
Start with a free 30-minute consultation.
The first consultation is free, even if nothing is decided yet. Use the form or email, whichever suits you.
Just your name, email address and the topic are enough. BlancBow, our Japan-side desk, will review it and get back to you.
For audit and tax firms
Support your clients abroad without adding headcount.
BlancBow Inc. is your point of contact in Japan; Bangga Global Sdn. Bhd. (Kuala Lumpur) handles the work on the ground. The terms of each partnership are discussed with you individually.
